BetterCare: Financial Assessment is a fully hosted, digital self-service Adult Social Care financial assessment solution developed in partnership with Kirklees Council. Designed to reduce the number of failed care packages, time to process financial assessments, assessment backlogs and home visits.
BetterCare: Financial Assessment has deconstructed the financial care form and redesigned it to encourage the highest levels of digital completion. It supports a range of login and ID systems, can be integrated with back-end systems, offers dynamic evidence lists and upload facilities, as well as a range of assisted digital tools.
The digital approach is based on the award winning BetterOff: Welfare & Employment solution and a pre-deployment business analysis phase ensures local compatibility.
